Digital Marketing Manager-Chase.com
The Digital Channel Advancement and Measurement team strives to transform customer experiences by developing and delivering personalized and meaningful experiences on our digital assets in order to drive high-quality customer growth, value and engagement. This includes the Chase.com website, all owned media assets, and partnerships with all line of business initiatives. We are seeking to expand our team with a talented, data-driven individual to help us take Chase.com, and our owned media assets to the next level while supporting our business partners to innovate, ideate and execute for their business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist the team in the evolution of the #1 financial website (Chase.com) through innovative projects, data analysis, competitive review and execution
- Be a part of highly visible projects across all lines of business to help the product owners drive their business through innovative enhancements to their customer experiences
- Navigate and learn about all aspects of Chase.com through a cross functional approach to all we do (Design, Creative, Finance, Analytics, Test Design)
- On the front line of highly innovative projects driving a best in class digital experience for our customers and our business partners
- Prepares decks and materials for leadership that includes both visionary approach, strategic road maps, in addition to results and value.
- Participates in leadership presentation for exposure and growth opportunities in delivery of information to inform, influence and educate
- Understand, manage, and communicate new ideas to leaders and be a major part in solving the execution of these ideas
- Through a collaborative approach with product owners and line of business owners ideates testing ideas to support strategic business priorities and subsequently leads the vetting and prioritization of proposed tests to drive the most amount of value for the shareholders
- Leverages data in order to Improve customer experiences, increase interactions and convert traffic into new customers and accounts
- Understand, manage, and communicate new ideas to leaders and be a major part in solving the execution of these ideas
- Continuously drive improvements through optimization of the digital ecosystem - including site navigation and owned ad-content
- Be a customer advocate - restlessly champion consistent and seamless user experiences across all assets and channels

Additional requirements:
- 7-10 years experience in a marketing and/or business leadership role
- Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
- Develops strong partnerships; recognized as a team player
- Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results
- Skilled and comfortable at working in a highly matrixed organization
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
