We are looking to add a key member to our digital marketing team. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for campaign implementation and management across all paid media channels, primarily paid search (Google + Bing), paid social (Facebook), and programmatic (DSP) advertising. Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing this team member builds, manages, optimizes, analyzes and reports on paid media campaigns for Brandify customers

- Manage paid search (Google AdWords, Bing Ads and Yahoo Gemini), Paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.), and Programmatic Display and Video.
- Optimize landing page performance, search campaign performance, and creative ads through A/B testing, geo-targeting and keyword bidding to drive maximum traffic volume, conversions, and gross profit.
- Create and analyze client reporting in Excel and AdWords, including sales projections, ad copy performance, and competitive benchmarking analysis.
- Communicate with the Sales team to look for opportunities to reduce costs and improve margins, and provide performance metrics on CPC, ROI, CTR, position, and financials.
- Track and analyze data in Google Analytics to monitor real-time user activity and understand audience behavior and demographics.
- Identify KPIs for newly launched campaigns to optimize for conversions and provide recommendations for keyword bidding strategies and ad copy testing.
- Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in digital advertising.
- Working knowledge of Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and multiple DSPs.
- Hands-on experience using data/analytics dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio, Domo, etc.)
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Tracking Implementations.
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment, both individually and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with eagerness to learn and take on more responsibility.
- Bachelors Degree (math, economics, marketing, or advertising preferred).
